At the end of last season, we had the opportunity to nominate a prop for a competition organised by the sports manufacturer Rhino called 'Prop Star 2018'.
We nominated our long serving prop Darren Rutherford for his great service to York RUFC over 'a number of years'!

Daz has been shortlisted and has been invited to Twickenham in December for the Varsity Match and to do a 'lap of honour' with the other shortlisted players.

Please keep your fingers tightly crossed that he wins the honour that he so richly deserves!
