The next progression in our moves to include Women's Rugby is the formation of a Women's team for the over 17's.
Senior Women's Rugby is coming to York RUFC with the first taster session running 19.30 - 21.00 at the club on Monday 17th of July.
This exciting opportunity is open to women aged 17+ years and players of all abilities are encouraged to come down and try rugby for themselves. Women's rugby is a fast growing and empowering sport that is hugely inclusive, diverse and develops a wide range of different skill sets. Whether you have played before or simply spend your Saturdays watching a partner, friend or relative play at the club - start your own rugby career this summer!
