This weekend sees York RUFC entertain Ilkley in the final game of the regular Regional One North East Season. York currently sit in 10th place meaning they will have a relegation play off in two weeks time. The team in 9th gets home advantage so York need as many points as possible from the Ilkley game to seek that advantage.

Of particular note is George Davies securing his 250th Cap playing for York - a remarkable achievement and we look forward to him celebrating the day with a win. Many will remember his match winning last minute kick against Driffield to claim the win a few weeks ago.

Kick off for the 1st XV is at 3pm

Our 2nd XV are also playing at Clifton Park as they host Ilkley 2nd XV. This a great way to end the season for them as it has been a difficult year for many teams with player availability resulting in a challenging period of fixture cancellations.

Kick off for the 2nd XV is at 2:30pm

For the Women they play their final home game of the season tomorrow Sunday hosting Selby with a 2pm kick off.

In keeping with previous seasons tomorrow will be our Charity day with the players playing in a one off bespoke shirt in aid of the Fortus Foundation. Following the game the players shirts will be auctioned off with all proceeds going to the Foundation in support of the fantastic work they do for the local community. What a great way to get your hands on a unique shirt for your collection.

Also, in the evening post games at 6pm there will be entertainment in the form of a great local duo called 'Sheet Show' who are widely known for being very engaging with the crowd and a joy to watch.
